Your order is sent to our fulfillment warehouse as soon as we receive it. If you contact us about modifying your order and your order has not shipped yet, we will do our best to make those changes for you.
Please submit a HELP FORM and reference your order # and modification in the subject line ASAP if you have not received a shipping confirmation!
If your order has shipped, we cannot make your requested changes. What you can do is place another order, and then submit a HELP FORM to request a return/refund from Puffer Hug for the original order once you receive it.
