What is your return policy?
We hope you are completely satisfied with your Gigi Seasons order, but understand there are exceptions.
If you’d like to discuss returning your purchase, please fill out this HELP FORM no later than 7 days from receiving your Gigi Seasons order. (For Christmas trees, contact us no later than 7 days from your receipt of your Gigi Seasons Tree, or by December 18 of the current year, whichever is earlier). Your original proof of purchase will be required when you complete the Help Form. In certain circumstances, we may require that you submit your original warranty card.
Please note: items on sale are not eligible for a return and refund. Personalized/Monogrammed items are also not eligible for a return and refund.
Once we hear from you, we’ll respond to let you know if your order is eligible for a return/refund and, if so, we’ll provide you instructions for shipping back to us. Unauthorized returns are not eligible for a refund.
Eligible returns need to be 1) unused and in their original condition and 2) in their original packaging (with tags still attached in original manner).
Once we receive the unused, undamaged product with its original packaging and labels, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer and returned items must be received by Gigi Seasons no later than 14 days from your receipt of our return instructions.
Gigi Seasons is not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address, so check your mailing label twice!
