When you checkout, you will be able to select the various shipping options we offer for your Puffer Hug order. Each option will provide you an estimate of the shipping time from our warehouse and the associated pricing. We sometimes offers free, complimentary Ground Shipping for certain products and during certain promotional periods. When free shipping applies to your order, you will see this shipping option as your default selection. You are always able to select the expedited shipping option and shipping time (and associated cost to you, if applicable) during the checkout process. Currently we only ship to the US contiguous 48 states, except during certain promotional events when shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is available.

Puffer Hug ships exclusively with UPS. The distance between our Chicago warehouse and your shipping address will determine your various shipping options including, but not limited to: 

• UPS Ground Shipping
• UPS 3 Day Service
• UPS 2 Day Service
• UPS Next Day Service

Orders placed Friday to Sunday will be shipped on Monday, as our warehouse is closed on the weekend. Our warehouse is also closed for major holidays. Thank you for your understanding.
