How do I track my order?
As soon as you place your Puffer Hug order, you will see a Confirmation Page confirming the details of your order. You also will receive an email soon thereafter confirming the same information.
Once your order is shipped, you will be sent an email notification. This email will include your tracking information. From the shipping confirmation email, you can view your order and tracking information will be accessible.
Depending on if you allowed notifications for your order, you will then receive further email notifications for important steps of your order, such as when it is out for delivery in your area, and finally when it has been delivered.
From any email you receive after your order has shipped, click "View Your Order" to find the tracking number for the shipping service used (UPS or USPS). Click the tracking number to view your order's tracking information provided by the shipping carrier.
There are two more options to easily track your order:
From the initial Confirmation Page of your order (and anytime you click "View Your Order"), you will have two additional options to track the status of your Puffer Hug order:
1) The first option is to track your order with Shop, which will require your confirmation of your telephone number. The Shop tracking feature is accessible via the Shop app - you will receive a text with a link to download the app from your phone's app store (you can also search "Shop" yourself in your mobile phone's app store). If you select this feature, you will receive instructions walking you through the set-up process of the Shop application.
2) The second tracking option is to receive text updates regarding the status of your Puffer Hug order. If you would like to receive text updates, please select this option from the Confirmation Page.
