If our tracking system shows your order as having been delivered but you did not receive it, please check the various doors and entryways around your home or building. Also, please speak with any family members or neighbors who may have moved the package.

It is best to first contact the shipper of the package (UPS) directly and provide them with your tracking number. Once your order leaves our doors and is in the hands of UPS, we have no control over what happens from there, nor do we have more information than is available to you. Therefore, contacting the shipper and providing your tracking number is usually the best way to figure out where your shipment might be. If your package(s) still cannot be located by UPS, contact us using our HELP FORM.
