Our pre-lit Wreaths, Garlands, and Mini Trees are powered by a battery pack with an on/off switch (sometimes a timer as well).

If these lights do not work, please first try replacing the batteries.

If the battery pack has experienced corrosion inside, there are ways to clean this. While we can't recommend any exact solutions, there are many ways that can be found online.
