My tree doesn't look as full as I expected
If you've assembled your tree and it doesn't look as full as you expected, or like the picture or model you saw in the store, you can increase the overall fullness of the tree by carefully shaping each branch. This can be a slightly tedious process, but we promise that it will be worth it in the end when your tree is looking as full and natural as can be.
When the trees are packed in their boxes, the branches are condensed. They can be easily reshaped to their original fullness by extending every one of the branch tips out, away from the main branch.
Starting at the bottom row of branches, extend each and every branch tip out from the main branch. Work your way along the bottom row first, and then move up a row, and so on until you reach the top of the tree. We recommend extending the top section's branch tips before placing it on the tree, otherwise it may be hard for some to reach.
PLEASE USE GLOVES WHEN SHAPING YOUR TREE.
